Job Title: Deployment Manager

Location: This position can be remote within the United States, or at our office in Boise, ID

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Deployment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth deployment of our hardware and software solutions across Healthcare, IVF, Blood Bank, and Tissue verticals, among other sectors. Your work will focus on managing deployment projects to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction. This position can be remote within the United States or at the offices in Boise, Idaho. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and enter key customer information for new business deployment and product implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team, facilitating effective communication and ensuring customer success.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of products and services to customers, addressing their questions or concerns.
  • Communicate with senior management about deployment statuses, timelines, and risks.
  • Understand customer environments and needs to tailor deployment strategies.
  • Provide initial customer trainings to set them up for long-term success.
  • Organize and lead deployment activities, ensuring all materials and resources are available on time.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of deployment plans across various channels.
  • Evaluate deployments to identify areas for improvement and enhance future rollouts.
  • Measure deployment outcomes to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure deployments meet or exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a positive reputation through successful and seamless deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in standard business computer applications, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple and overlapping tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively interface with customers.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new computer applications and technologies.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Actively participate in company growth and development by identifying room for improvement and collaborating across all departments.
  • Show an interest in ongoing development and improvement of business processes and PharmaWatch services.
