Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: This position can be remote within the United States, or at our office in Boise, ID

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will contribute to expanding our footprint within the healthcare, IVF, pharmacy and research verticals among others. You will be asked to leverage your understanding of healthcare, compliance, and improving patient care using environmental controls. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing relationships with customers, transforming them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and develop qualify leads within the assigned markets (by channel or region).
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Secure new accounts and manage existing client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, healthcare, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of establishing and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international) and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Able to get a passport.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
