Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: This position can be remote within the United States, or at our office in Boise, ID

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to expanding our footprint within the Healthcare, IVF, Blood Bank, and Tissue verticals, among other verticals, by generating leads and increasing brand awareness. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with senior management about new and existing marketing activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Organizing promotional events, such as trade shows, and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with event staff.
  • Creating and managing appropriate content for a variety of channels.
  • Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns
  • Identifying and measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company
  • Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across a variety of healthcare industries.
  • Generating leads for our sales team through a variety of marketing activities.
  • Increasing brand awareness and a positive brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the technology, healthcare, or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of establishing and exceeding marketing goals.
  • Highly collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Expertise in creating and managing Google Ad campaigns.
  • Social media management – LinkedIn
  • Website creation and management through WordPress.
  • Ability to create visually appealing marketing collateral via Canva, Adobe software, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Some experience creating and editing videos for marketing purposes.
