Introducing the PharmaWatch™ Calibration Management Service!
[/fusion_text][fusion_text]
American Pharma is proud to provide a unique-to-the-industry Auto Recalibration Program where we take the worry completely out of recalibration.
As part of this service, we will provide notification 30 days prior to the expiration date of your NIST certificate(s), then deliver new calibrated replaceable probes that can be quickly switched out to maintain continuous compliance with a minimum of fuss on your part. NIST certificates are automatically and always available via this process and can be downloaded anytime from the PharmaWatch™ Portal with a single click.[/fusion_text][fusion_text]The full program, which ensures continuous compliance with calibration requirements, works as follows:
- Within 30 days of the calibration expiration date, a notification will be sent to the responsible user defined for the location where the calibration is expiring. This notice will list the zones (i.e. fridges, freezers, rooms, etc.) that will be needing recalibration. and it will show the address where new probes will be shipped. This gives the responsible user a chance to notify American Pharma (PharmaWatch™) of any changes that need to be made.
- If no changes are needed, within 14 days of the calibration expiration date, new probes will be prepared, then shipped to each site where sensor probes need to be replaced.
- Simple installation instructions will be included in the shipment.
- New probes will include an easy-snap adapter, allowing for quick and easy recalibration next year (except for room and ultra-cold sensors).
- New calibration certificates will be included with new probe shipments and will also be made available from the PharmaWatch Portal shortly after delivery.
- Certificates are downloadable from the Dashboard magnifying glass under the sensor info! Just click the document icon!
