We are happy to announce the release of PharmaWatch™ 3.6, and along with it, some exciting new updates. Our recently developed chat feature now allows customers to communicate in real time with our support team, directly within the PharmaWatch™ Portal. This means faster resolution to your issues and more convenient help, right when you need it.
Other notable updates include:
- New ‘lightbulb reports’ added to location and zone lists showing connection details including alert contacts and associated users.
- Location edit page now displays a warning, highlighting the contact name in red if it does not match the selected responsible user.
