PharmaWatch had a wonderful night spent with Giraffe Laugh for their 30th anniversary celebration at the Idaho Botanical Gardens. We heard amazing stories from those who have been impacted by Giraffe Laugh throughout the years, while enjoying some great food and company.
For those of you unfamiliar with Giraffe Laugh, they opened in 1989 as a drop-in center for parents in need. In 1992, they became a full-time, non-profit preschool and have since partnered with the City of Boise, the Salvation Army and the Boise School District to provide care to homeless and foster children, as well as pregnant or parenting teens. Giraffe Laugh continues to open new learning centers to help serve the needs of all families in the Treasure Valley in need of affordable childcare. They are truly an amazing organization.
